1. Purpose of the Platform
 

NEXTEDGE Platform provides digital business architecture, benchmarking, research, advisory content, analytics, workflow guidance, AI-assisted insights, and related services for higher education institutions and their leadership teams.

All services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Collection and processing of personal information are governed by the NEXTEDGE UNI Privacy Policy.

 

9. Modifications
 

NextEdge AG may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform and become effective upon publication.

 

10. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland.
